Swiss-Sino Innovation Center is the overseas partner of Hicool 2022 Global Entrepreneur Summit and Entrepreneurship Competition. SSIC and the organizer of HICOOL 2022 are committed to exploring potential start-ups and high-quality science and technology projects, introducing them into China, and promoting the organic integration of projects and talents with institutions of higher learning, investment institutions, and the domestic market.
Introduction to the competition
HICOOL Global Entrepreneur Summit and Entrepreneurship Competition was born for entrepreneurs. It aims to build a multi-level, multi-dimensional and diversified international entrepreneurial model,seeking for high-quality startups worldwide,facilitating entrepreneurs to grow and expand their business in Beijing. The competition invites top investors, famous mentors and leading entrepreneurs to provide all-round entrepreneurial guidance and acceleration, to continuously empower entrepreneurs in Beijing by providing a full range of "Beijing services" such as talent settlement, children's education, healthcare, designated apartments, etc.
HICOOL 2022 Global Entrepreneurship Competition will set up 7 major competition areas around the world, and widely solicit overseas entrepreneurial projects and local entrepreneurial projects. There are 140 project award seats and 28 Bole award seats in the competition, with a total award fund of 100 million yuan.

Entry Qualification of HICOOL2022 Global Entrepreneur Summit and Entrepreneurship Competition
Basic entry requirements
All entries must meet the following basic entry requirements:
1. You can choose to participate in individual or team forms. If participating as a team, the team members shall not exceed 3. Each participant can only participate in one entry.
2. If the participating project has already registered and established a company in Beijing, the establishment time should be after January 1, 2012 (inclusive). If the participating project has not yet registered and established a company in Beijing, the participant should have the willingness to start a business in Beijing and a specific implementation plan.
3. The main body of the participating project cannot be a listed company (except for companies listed on the New Third Board).
4. All participating individuals or all members of the participating teams must have no major dishonesty records, no criminal records, and abide by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Exclusive entry conditions for overseas groups
If the participating project chooses the overseas group, it must meet the following exclusive entry conditions on the premise of meeting the basic entry conditions:
1. All participants or team members should have obtained a degree overseas or have studied, worked or started a business overseas for more than one year, and returned to China (or come to China) for no more than 10 years (after January 1, 2012).
2. Those who compete in the name of individuals should be the main founders of the company founded in Beijing, the first natural shareholder with a shareholding ratio of not less than 30% (after the combined calculation through penetration); those who participate in the name of teams, the main participant The person should be the main founder and the first natural shareholder of the company founded in Beijing. All team members should hold equity in the company established in Beijing and each person should hold no less than 5% of the shares, and the total shareholding ratio of team members should not be less than 50%. (after penetration merge calculation).
3. For projects with companies registered in Beijing from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2021, choose to sign up for the overseas group - growth period, projects that have registered companies in Beijing after January 1, 2022 (inclusive) or have not yet registered in Beijing The project of the registered company chooses to sign up for the overseas group-maker period.
Exclusive entry conditions for the local group
If the participating project chooses the local group, it must meet the following exclusive entry conditions on the premise of meeting the basic entry conditions:
1. There is no overseas experience requirement for participants and team members for the local group registration project.
2. Those who compete in the name of individuals should be the main founders of the company established in Beijing, the first natural person shareholder, and the shareholding ratio should not be less than 20% (after penetration and combined calculation); those who participate in the name of teams, the main participant The person should be the main founder of the company founded in Beijing and the first natural shareholder. All team members should hold equity in the company established in Beijing in the future, and the shareholding ratio of each person should not be less than 5%, and the total shareholding ratio of team members should not be less than 30% (after penetration combined calculation).
3. Projects that registered companies in Beijing from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2021 should choose to register for the local group - growth period, projects that registered companies in Beijing after January 1, 2022 (inclusive) or have not yet registered in Beijing The project of the registered company chooses to sign up for the local group - the maker period.
