Shanghai FTZ Overseas Talents Innovation Conference is organized by Shanghai Association for Science and Technology, Organization Department of Pudong District Committee, Science and Economic Commission of Pudong District and Zhangjiang Administration under the FTZ Administrative Committee.This conference is a landmark event of the Offshore Base, Shanghai Pilot FTZ and Pudong New Area to attract talents and to celebrate international innovation and entrepreneurship. It has been held for 5 years since the inception of the Offshore Base and has received active participation of nearly 2,900 excellent projects from 38 countries and regions in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.

Activity Form：Online and Offline events
◆ The main event will be held in Pudong, with video links around the world, to promote overseas projects and tech transfer.
◆A special evenr for overseas projects interested in start their businesses in PuDong. Details to follow.
◆ A special event for overseas projects which have started their businesses in Pudong.
◆ A special event jointly held with corporate innovation centers. Corporations will use their innovation platforms to drive small and micro businesses in R&D, manufacturing, marketing, branding, etc.
DAY5 Planning For the Future
◆ A special event for overseas students, to nuture the talents for China's independent innovation in the new era.
2021 Cloud+ Shanghai FTZ Overseas Talents Innovation Conference is calling for three types of projects：
Overseas startup projects, projects by Chinese returnees, and projects currently in incubators.
Requirements：
(1) From three core industries of IC, biomedicine or AI；
(2) With the ability of innovation and high growth potential；
(3) With independent intellectual property rights;
(4) At least one of the core team members is foreigner or has overseas working or education experience;
(5) The average age of core team members is less than 55.
