China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Offshore Entrepreneurial Base for overseas professionals is jointly established by China Association for Science and Technology and Shanghai Municipality. The Offshore base was established in 2015, the main role is to provide an integrated platform for overseas talents and business incubations. The headquarter space is adjacent to the world's top 500 enterprises such as Honeywell and Baidu which providing sufficient international capital and technical supports for overseas projects. Moreover, the offshore base corporate with 16 "overseas partners" and 12 science and technology societies, covering 10 countries and radiating to regions with relatively concentrated innovative resources in Europe, North America and the Asia-pacific. Our first offshore base overseas services station established in Israel Beersheba last year, we will continue to expand overseas sites, strive to the offshore incubation service all over the world.
The offshore incubation service system includes more than 20 services, such as personnel services, work permit services, Startup subsidies, business accounting, human resources, legal consulting, capital docking, technical support and other aspects of professional incubator services. Our aim is to provide strong support for overseas project and guided professional forces and government to participate in the process.
