SSIC signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CCBZB and SI

On December 9, 2017, during the first Swiss-Sino Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cooperation Forum (SSIECF 2017), China Construction Bank Zurich Branch (CCBZB), Swiss-Sino Innovation Center (SSIC) and Switzerland Innovation (SI) signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Mr. Weiyun Gong, General Manager of CCBZB, Mr. Raphaël Tschanz, Deputy CEO of SI, and Dr. Jianhua Feng, Director of Swiss-Sino Innovation Center, attended the signing ceremony.
The agreement aims to promote business exchanges between Swiss and Chinese companies, enhance the image of Swiss innovation/R&D eco-system and capabilities in China, deepen Swiss-Sino innovation cooperation, and facilitate Sino-Swiss innovation cooperation. According to this strategic cooperation agreement, the three parties, in the spirit of long-term cooperation and common development, pledge to carry out strategic cooperation in multiple aspects including business cooperation, innovation and promotion, etc.

China Construction Bank Zurich Branch (CCBZB) was granted Commercial Bank License and Securities Dealer License on 25th September 2015, completed Commercial registration on 25th November. Finally, CCBZB held a grand opening ceremony on 14th January 2016 and is designated as only RMB clearing bank in Switzerland by People’s Bank of China.
